Good little post office with helpful packaging and shipping supplies. Sometimes the line is long and moves quite slow, but the staff is friendly and does the best they can.

I really dislike this post office, of course it would be only a couple blocks from my home .. The staff is so nice and helpful… But there is somebody in there making bad decisions. There can be 2 people in there but not a single parking space available. Also, I guess the hours are no longer posted since they just make them up daily and never open when you need them.

Mailed wedding invitations from this location. We spent the better part of an evening packing and sealing the envelopes with care. When my fiance arrived to USPS she asked the clerk to please hand cancel the envelopes due to concerns of potential damage. The clerk laughed at her and told her they wouldn’t guarantee that service before throwing the envelopes into a bin. Her neat stack toppled over into the rest of the mail. She left feeling mistreated and discouraged. Invitations started arriving today, many of them damaged. Picture attached. Unprofessional, rude, and uncaring. Terrible example by our postal service and the experience people are coming to expect. Very disappointing.

Followed the instructions on a missed delivery notice, went on line to select the “will pick up at post office” option then went two days later to pick it up. Clerk starts yelling at me, telling me I should “do nothing!” because if I fill out the form, the carrier “will not read it and will attempt to redeliver.” Good thing it’s not for medicine!.
