I came here to return my Amazon item. It supposed to be free, it says “USPS will pack, and label it for free”. But USPS worker (SUN) told me I had to pick packaging, pay for it and then bring it to her. Going to Whole foods now since I never had any issues there.

This post office and ALL post offices in Monterey County need to install postal vending machines.otherwise the service is great and all staff is helpful and friendly.

I choose this location over any other local USPS because they have the friendliest staff and the quickest lines (generally). Some of their equipment needs upgrading, like the postage sticker machine thing… When that isn’t working, getting things done can take forever. Overall still a very positive experience here.

Staff is very friendly, for the most part. There is one older woman that can be a bit moody but the rest are great. Also there is almost always a huge line. That wouldn’t matter as much, but it’s the first post office I’ve been to in many years that doesn’t have a stamp vending machine. Missing the mark on that one USPS. If they ever get one I’ll update my review to reflect it.

I don’t blame employees, I blame upper management, they lost my car tag in the mail , I filed a claim, I received one call that I missed , I was given a number and name to call back , I have called over 100 times , only to get a recording to call back . PS if a letter doesn’t have a tracking number , they probably won’t find. I am guessing it was misdelivered as I receive others mail on occasion.
