Wonderful people working there (Seth and the guy with glasses). I went to get my passport renewed and they went above and beyond to help me! All the workers there are so kind and friendly. Thank you so much 🙏 Never experienced such wonderful people at a post office.

Was there recently to apply for passports, the lady that helped me was excellent! I wish I had got her name, believe it was Michelle? I had 4 passports to complete which is time consuming, she was very patient and knowledgeable.

To the woman that was working the front counter on 4/28 at 9am. I hope you do not have kids and if you do I hope they run into a rude no helpful person like yourself like you did to my daughter. I don’t know if you were having a bad day or a bad life but maybe you should try to be kinder to people and less rude. Or find a different job so you do not have to interact with the public.

I called this post office because I could get nothing but a busy signal at the one I was trying to reach. Bob answered on the second ring and listened carefully to my question and asked me some queestions to make sure he understood exactly what I was asking. He then explained just what I should do. He was friendly, kind and thoughtful, instead of the normal grumpy people I’ve often dealt with at most post offices. I wish there were more “Bob’s” working at our USPS’s. Thank you Bob! You’ve helped restore some of my faith in the workers of our Post Offices in the USA.
