Super unprofessional unorganized the store is very cluttered this man doesn’t know what he’s doing he put TREEK instead of creek on my packing slip . charges the arm and a leg for postage. horrible service do not come here. now my package is being returned to sender they don’t answer the phones this man doesn’t know what he’s doing I had to re-iterate my package information for him over 10 times he messed up on my name he messed up on my last name he has a little kid working there who doesn’t know what they’re doing either. Horrible business zero stars.

This is the best mailbox place I’ve had in years!The gentleman who runs the show is very personable and helpful. What’s also awesome is they offer a variety of services & products not just mailboxes.On the rare occasion you experience a problem, he really tries to go the extra mile to make sure it’s resolved.The only reason I didn’t give 5 stars is the somewhat limited hours to go in & check your mail.but then again, they wouldn’t be able to offer such good prices on their services if you could.

I love this Postal Office. I always go here to drop off my mail/ packages. The mail always arrives on time. The manager gives excellent services. Even when the store is really busy the manager will make sure you are give help in a timely manner.

I was stuck one evening with urgent post but no where open then i found this american post and parcel so i called them and the owner stayed open until i arrived which was past closing time helped me with what i needed and saved me alot of stress, i always use them now for my online business reliable, honest, and trust worthy these are qualities hard to come by these days but well done to the owner you have won a customer for life. If you are looking for somewhere open past 5.30pm this is your place and if you want to get the correct information and advise and help then look no further.
