The employees are helpful and friendly. When I have packages delivered to my PO Box they always go the extra mile to find them if they are not right in my box. Helpful with advice and problem resolution as well.

Unprofessional & Don’t Care! Haven’t received mail in a week! This location NEVER pick up the phone ! This needs to be seen by corporate ASAP! Gonna rent a P.O. Box cross town at this point but I shouldn’t because of the incompetent workers USPS .

If I could leave them negative stars I would. This is the worst customer experience I have ever received. Everyone at this post office is inefficient and angry. I really do hope they stop hiring people who don’t even wanna be at the post office. Been going up to my post office for years to resolve my problem and they never wanna come to a compromise. I’ve never had problems with Ups, FedEx, Amazon prime, or DHL delivering my mail, only usps.

The ladies here are extremely helpful and accommodating! I had an appointment for me and my family of 6 for passports.. found out that I was at the wrong location and instead of turning me away, they processed my applications. Genevieve was the lady who took care of me and did a great job!

The office workers are very inefficient. I usually don’t come here but I have to to pick up a return mail.There’s only 1 poor lady actually working and maybe the manager, besides them it seems the other guy is just simply standing at the encounter and saying “What can I help you?”and pass down everything to the lady next to him. Poor people are waiting in line to pick up their stuffs and mails so it seems like mailmen don’t really work either.
