Best customer service I think I’ve ever had. I took my prepaid package to the usps (ebay qr code) like I was told to do by ebay instructions they didn’t know what I was talking about,typical for lazy people.

Don’t seem to get all the negative reviews here. My experience has been nothing but wonderful here. The young ladies at the counter are always helpful and nice. I ship regularly here, and never ever had issues with any of my shipments. This is my go to Post office as it’s 3 mins from my apartment and they stay late which is Wonderful!!

Gutter Covers Work
I just left the post office, notary desk less than 15 minutes ago and had an absolutely fantastic experience. Both people were very friendly and very accommodating with everything that I needed, something that’s very refreshing to see here in Fresno in the 21st Century. Gentleman working at the notary counter and the woman working at the post office both did a fantastic job today which is June 23rd and I left there at 11:22 a.m.

Do not get a box here. I was a customer for 4 years and didn’t realize it’s considered a private mailbox (PMB) and not a P.O. Box until after I signed. The U.S. Postal Service does not forward their mail and this postal service place also refuses to forward your mail. Most companies also do not recognize PMB’s so you’re simply out of luck. I suggest going to a real U.S. postal provider. I would not give my business here again, if i were given a choice or if I’d known better- I only stayed on since I’d already paid the $200. What a headache!
