I had to get a new passport. Best experience of getting a passport while paying the State Department a lot of money I have ever had! 🙂 Micheal W. Jackson was helping me. This gentleman was professional, kind, and has some great jokes. I always get stressed about this process, but he made it very easy and actually fun. Awesome guy!
This is the worst post office I’ve ever seen. They keep sending my online orders back. Ignore my address. Why then are there online stores, if I have to go to the post office for my parcel? I can also drive to any supermarket. And there are still huge queues to receive their parcels.
There is one person working on the SERP, who sometimes searches for packages for a very long time. This is the worst post. I think one star is a very high rating for them.
Why we should wait deliveries for hours, pickup window is always busy. Wasilla is populated and should be more companies such as Fedex and UPS.
Had issues with an older lady with dirty blonde curly hair. Went to pick up my packages from there, and this older lady was rude to me immediately. She said that they had 6000 packages in the back, and she was not going to search through them to find my package and that it can return to sender and told me to write the correct address next time. I went over to a bald man working there next, and he took my tracking info on the package, and went and found it within 2 minutes. He was beyond friendly and had amazing customer service and is the only reason I’m giving this place 3 stars instead of 1.
