I had to get a new passport. Best experience of getting a passport while paying the State Department a lot of money I have ever had! 🙂 Micheal W. Jackson was helping me. This gentleman was professional, kind, and has some great jokes. I always get stressed about this process, but he made it very easy and actually fun. Awesome guy!
Went to pick up a package line was very long for yellow slips. I did this before and waited 45 min. The line to the post office itself was very short and at times no one. There’s no reason they couldn’t help with package pick up. Seems like there’s a more efficient way to handle packages and that poor gal running back and forth and gathering carts all by here self.
Very busy all of the time. Confusing lines for different needs. Customer service was personable and excellent which gave this review a 4 instead of a 2.
