Worst experience, I just got a notification that my package was just delivered yesterday and I whent in today to pick up the package just for them to tell me that they sent it back because it was their to long.

I was there on 3/4/22 with multiple packages to mail (two domestically, two international). I was returning items from Etsy reusing Amazon bags (inside out) and had to look up address info on my phone. Needless to say, I was not the fastest/smoothest interaction. I had a normal wait in line, shopped for choices to ship one of my items amid a well stocked and organized display, and overhead staff going out of their way to help customers in Spanish (getting someone in the back to help translate when she couldn’t think how to explain a specific thing in Spanish), being warm and friendly, and generally just good hearted kind people.
After explaining what I needed to do to ship internationally, the guy let me use his marker (addresses have to be on the package and the slip you fill out), and when I went to the prep platform to fill out the forms and package everything up, he told me to come back to him when I was ready (no need to wait in line again), and he rang me up. I finally finished right at closing time.
You see what I’m saying?? All that at closing time? Even I might have been irritated by a customer like me. But he was patient and generous. I’d put off returning the packages because I was afraid of the stress hassle it would be because I wasn’t organized and they made it as smooth as could be.I know USPS gets a bad rap these days, but from what I could see, every single employee who worked up to closing time 3/4/22 should get recognition. You all were the absolute BEST. Thank you.

I’m always getting mail that has a Completely different address, Every time I call they are rude to me the supervisors and I still don’t get them now I’m waiting for prescriptions from the veterans affair supposed to be here yesterday of course it’s not but it’s been delivered but where they’re always sending my mouth to someone else’s address.
