What’s the point of a post office that can’t postmark an envelope? I was mailing a payment to the IRS and I needed it postmarked today. Any other post office will postmark it right in front of you, no problem. Here they refuse to do it! They say “oh it will be postmarked tonight at our center.” If I can’t see it in front of me, then I can’t trust they’ll actually do it.

Always courteous and professional at this Post Office. Never experienced any issues and some are out of there control. Overall a great Post Office and much appreciated in our neighborhood..

I have lived in different Cities and different areas. Never had so many problems with mailmen drlivering packages to wrong addresses as North San Bernardino. Just last week I had 2 missing packages and I brought this to the attention of this post office. I was given the runaround first and then the supervisor started talking about this possibly being a case of someone forcing a mailbox open to steal my packages. This, even after I showed them pictures of a package with a different recipient name and address inside the box for which the mailman left a key for. They don’t want to take responsibility for anything. Even when they’ve been wrong and made mistakes never offered a simple apology.

Completely horrible. I never receive my packages. Don’t have anything of monetarily value sent through them, they will not deliver it, but they say they “do”. I’ve now had three items mysteriously disappear all while saying “delivered” to my locked mail box.
