I have tried to give this place many chances because it’s close to my house, but I’d rather drive 15 mins to Redlands. The workers take forever and it doesn’t help when they have one person working the front. The workers are rude and you can tell they hate their job.

First off let me say that we have had a problem with this POST OFFICE since January 2021 our mail is been RETURNED for no reason because we do LIVE HERE CREDIT CARDS are not making it to our MAILBOX we have complained several times already nothing is been done WE ARE VERY UPSET AND THIS IS NOT what we deserve from the UNITED STATES POSTAL SERVICE GOING TO THE NEXT STEP FOR HELP.

As long as you don’t have to deal with Bertha or Oak, then you will have no problem. They really should seek employment more suited for them because customer service or anything near people is really not it. Even for a government employee with all their protections they shouldn’t be dealing with people in such a rude and unhelpful way. I was but one of many in the line I was in.

I’ve been going to this post office since I was a teenager and not much has changed. The post office is small compared to the others I suppose. They still service PO Boxes. Post office mail drop boxes are no longer outside to protect mail from tweakers. The ladies who work inside look serious all the time but they are friendly. They’ve been there for years. I never see any new employees. I’ve been coming here for a while and I swear that these ladies don’t seem to age. I’m starting to think they might be vampires.
