Hey WackFPV maybe you should have had your apartment number on your address instead of being incompetent. USPS is not responsible for your incompetency nor are they mind readers when there’s a population of 500,000 plus people in the Fresno area. You want your package? Have an apartment number on there and next time give the sender a complete address.

I don’t understand why I receive my mails late. I have been paying my bills with late charges which I never did in my life. So please deliver my mails on time so I could pay my bills in time. I can edit my review if I see improvement. Address 460 N Fulton street fresno 93701.

My carrier Desiree from Clinter branch is so amazing that she actually called me to let me know she learned a new function on her handheld scanner to make sure my package was scanned in and received. I’ve also had many pleasant interactions with Ed at the front desk in-branch. Staff if helpful and not afraid to learn new skills to better serve customers. I’m impressed!

Now I’m not sure if the people they hire are thieves or just dumb, I get other neighbors mail and packages which I end up delivering the items. Even worse is when they mis-deliver my packages to the wrong address and unfortunately for me they don’t take the time to bring me my mail/packages. But the biggest problem is packages just being so called lost. I see why usps office’s are closing.
