I visited this Post Office and service didn’t seem so great, one of the workers behind the counter by the name of Jeff seem somewhat rude, arrogant and too comfortable in his position. Jeff actually didn’t show good customer service, in the future I will not use that post office for my postal needs. I hope that a manager or supervisor will see my post and have a meeting with this person to offer better customer service.

Overcharged for stamps. Wife also wanted to tape a small package for a return. They made her buy a new roll of tape which was totally fine with us. However, the problem was a guy right behind her needed tape and the clerk taped it up for free, literally right in front of us.

First and last time using this post office. They know they have a theft problem and have done absolutely nothing to fix it. I had a few things stolen out of one of their mailboxes (or so they claim they were stolen), and told me exactly how the mail thieves get the mail out. They don’t care about your packages at all, and if they did they’d be working on ways to stop the thefts. I’ve mailed hundreds of things at the rancho Cal location and have had zero issues there. I guess I learned my lesson the hard way.

Lady at the front was very rude, non helpful, and doesn’t know what she’s talking about. Went to other post office and was able to send my stuff no problem.
Good Cattitues
An African American male clerk has been specifically so rude toward me twice. First time was when I asked about their international shipping rates, and then this time he literally threw my package into the collection bin like a piece of garbage.I’m going to a file formal complain and see what happens next.
