Every time I try to send out packages from this post office, there is an employee who gives me trouble every time. The first time was when my family and I were sending a package to the UK. She freaked out because we were spending over $100 to send $30 worth of items. She wouldn’t stop until my husband informed her that the recipient had sent us the money for postage. Today I went in and it was her again. I didn’t get to finish saying what I needed from her and she started in about how the envelopes don’t have enough postage. Do not go to this post office! Go to the one on Escondido Blvd. The employees are very kind, will listen to your in needs and help you quickly.

I usually go here twice a week for prepaid already labeled online sales. I am weird and like to get a receipt for my packages so I wait in line (if there is one), but you can literally walk up to the right side of their front counter and leave prepaid, correctly packaged items in seconds and be out of there. Even with a longer line, I have never been here longer than 20 minutes. Are they the friendliest bunch? No I admit, but some of them are great and helpful. They are people like you and I. Be friendly to them, and they definitely reciprocate. There is also a drive up and drop off for small envelopes and parcels in the front of the post office. What do people expect when coming to a post office? You come in, select your type of shipping, pay and go about your day. Hey do you need postage stamps? Or do you need shipping supplies? Grab what you need. If they ask you if you’d like the fastest shipping option, extra tracking or insurance, that is not upselling, they are asking if you want it for your own peace of mind or agenda.
